    We use a secure server for credit card transactions to protect the credit card information of our users and Cookies are used to store the login information.

What information you need to give in to use this site?

    The information we gather from visitors who apply for the various services our site offers includes, but may not be limited to, email address, first name, last name, a user-specified password, mailing address, zip code and telephone number or fax number.

    If you establish a credit account with us to pay the fees we charge, some additional information, including a billing address, a credit card number and a credit card expiration date and tracking information from checks or money orders is collected.

    Prodigy Chess Academy collects information from our users primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver Personalized experience.

Anti-Spam Agreement
The abuse of electronic messaging systems to indiscriminately send unsolicited bulk messages, email and voice calls.
(i) a situation where SMS /voice calls are sent to Mobile Subscribers without their prior consent and/or
(ii) a situation where SMS /voice calls  are sent to the Mobile Subscribers encouraging them to call or send a SMS / voice calls  to a premium rate number and/or
(iii) a situation where the Mobile Subscribers are charged for the receipt of a SMS by the Operator and those Mobile Subscribers have not requested the SMS and/or
(iv) any unlawful or fraudulent SMS / voice calls.

The Provider will immediately block the Clients account upon prior written notice to Client if it reasonably believes that the account is being used for SPAM or unsolicited bulk messaging. The Provider is bound to deliver a valued service and will NOT tolerate SPAM (sending of unsolicited message) of SMS / voice calls and/or ANY other kind of messages.
To the extent applicable to Client, the Client agrees to comply with the CANSPAM, anti-spam legislation laid down by European Union (7(1) of Directive 2000/31/EC, by Articles 6 and 7) or any other anti spam legislation in other jurisdictions. Failure to do so will result in immediate and irrevocable termination of Client’s account. Please note that neither unsolicited messages nor any other messages that are in breach of US or international laws may be sent via the Service and that any consequences arising from the breach of US or international laws due to acts of Client will be born by the Client.

The Provider does not assume any responsibility for the content of the messages the Client’s  customers send via its platform. Provider acknowledges that the Client does not control the content of messages sent by Client’s customers through Client’s platform.  Client agrees that it will use reasonable commercial efforts to monitor proper usage by its customers and will implement reasonable technical procedures to identify and control any known incidences of Spam.  The Client undertakes that it will not knowingly allow use the Platform for any illegal, immoral or improper purpose or in any manner which contravenes the law or regulatory requirements of the appropriate jurisdiction or knowingly in any way which is indecent or offensive or in any way that could be considered as Spamming.

The Client shall reasonably endeavour, through contractual terms applicable to its customers, to ensure that for each SMS it sends to Mobile Subscribers via the Platform, the customer has the prior consent of the recipient of each message before the message is sent.

Subject to the limits set forth in Clause 2.9  of the Terms and Conditions , Client shall indemnify the Provider against all costs, claims, expenses and liabilities  arising out of any claim, action, demand, allegation or proceeding made or brought by  any third person or entity (including, without limitation, any Regulator or Operator) based on an allegation that any acts directly attributable to Client, or to  or to Client’s use  of the Services, infringes the rights of any third party or any law or regulation, or any terms directly or indirectly imposed by an Operator, including, without limitation, the  Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC), the Directive on Privacy and Electronic  Communications (2002/58/EC), the CAN-SPAM, the Electronic Commerce Directive (00/31/EC), the Distance Selling Directive (97/7/EC), and any national  implementations, thereof, in any jurisdiction, to the extent such law or regulation is applicable to Client.

I hereby confirm that I have fully read and accepted the Providers Anti-Spam regulations.
